Constitution and By-laws

The AMAPCEO Constitution and By-laws describe the Association’s governance structure, including the authority and responsibilities of governing bodies and elected officials to act on behalf of the organization in representing members.  The version of the Constitution and By-laws posted below is up to date as of November 28th, 2009, at which time the Annual Delegates’ Conference (ADC) approved a number of changes.  

The first posting below contains both the Constitution and the By-laws in a single document, with each of the By-laws posted individually immediately following.
