Summary of Filing Deadline Dates

It is the individual's responsibility to initiate a dispute within the allotted time frames. We encourage you to involve your local Workplace Representative.

On February 7, 2006, Ministry HR Directors received a clarification from the employer explaining that the Stage 1 meeting with a manager and the manager’s written response to a formal dispute must both take place within seven days of the manager first receiving the formal dispute (as specified in Article 15.2 of the AMAPCEO Collective Agreement).  To read the memo sent to HR Directors, click here.
