It is the individual's responsibility to initiate a dispute within the allotted time frames. We encourage you to involve your local Workplace Representative.
On February 7, 2006, Ministry HR Directors received a clarification from the employer explaining that the Stage 1 meeting with a manager and the manager’s written response to a formal dispute must both take place within seven days of the manager first receiving the formal dispute (as specified in Article 15.2 of the AMAPCEO Collective Agreement).
